Feeding Our Neighbors Coalition Members Testify in Support of H.207 and S. 117
In addition to House Chairman Antonio Cabral and Assistant Senate Majority Leader Sal DiDomenico, the Joint Committee on Children and Families heard testimony from MLRI, Children’s Health Watch, MGH Social Workers, Project Bread and other organizations in support of H. 207 and S.117. Feeding Our Neighbors Coalition Makes FY24 Budget Recommendations
The Coalition requests that the House 1 FY24 Budget include $40 million for the Department of Transitional Assistance to provide basic food and cash assistance benefits for low-income legally present immigrants residing in Massachusetts.
